Baking has always been a passion of mine. I was taught to bake at the age of 10 and was quickly able to navigate my own way around the kitchen. Even though I started with pre-mixes, the simplicity ignited my love for the art form. I believe that places that serve food should be known as businesses where people are treated equally, with their happiness being made a priority. People should be allowed a safe space to de-stress. My dream is to open a diverse comfort bakery and make these thoughts a reality.
